Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with photos if there is an issue. We are fully committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

    A: We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund.

    A: Our ultimate goal is for you to love your Woolly Studio companion. We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out. We value each customer and will do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellation Policy

 To secure your custom portrait slot, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required upon booking. This deposit reserves our time and resources for your project.

Should you need to cancel before we commence work, any payments beyond the 20% deposit will be refunded.
Once work on your portrait has begun, the order cannot be cancelled as substantial handcrafting effort and materials have been invested.
We thank you for your understanding, as each portrait is a unique, handmade creation.

 

Order Change Policy

 

To request any changes to your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing it. We are unable to accommodate change requests after this period.
